Your feedback is important to us because it helps us to improve our services and find better ways of doing things. It’s also great to hear what you think we’re doing well.

You may get a call from a company called Symphony, they’re conducting the survey on our behalf. They call randomly selected cellphone and landline phone numbers in our district so if you do get a call, we’d really appreciate you taking the time to tell us what you think. If you don’t receive a call but would like to participate, you can complete the survey online.

In case you’re called, we wanted to give you a heads up on what type of questions to expect.

What we’ll be asking

  • Which township you live closest to
  • Your age group and gender
  • Questions regarding your satisfaction with our services in general and/or our building and resource consent process (if you’ve lodged one recently).

We won’t be asking personal questions other than those listed above. If you’re concerned about a phone call you’ve received, please contact us on 0800 734 834 (within the district) or 07 862 8609.

The winners of the grocery vouchers will be drawn randomly on 20th August and we will get in touch to let you know if you are a winner.

We appreciate your participation in these surveys. The results of the survey will be shared with the community later in the year.
