Thank you to those that participated in our online annual satisfaction survey. The survey has now closed.

We value your feedback

Your feedback is important to us because it helps us to improve our services and find better ways of doing things.

During July and August 2021, we carried out a phone and online survey with our residents to gauge what we were doing well and what we could improve on. Thank you to those that participated in the survey.

The survey has now closed and the winners of the prize draw are being contacted the week of 23rd August.

We had a great uptake and are in the process of collating the feedback to take on board. Once this information is available, we will publish the report. We expect that to be in October 2021
